Welcome to my page, I have been an Holistic Therapist since 1996 and have worked from the Old Post Office Yard in Bingham since 2016 with the aim to help you find that little bit of peace, calm and harmony.

Holistic treatments such as Reiki, Reflexology, Access Consciousness and Massage are not cure-alls but they can help to combat stress by slowing the heart rate and breathing and lowering the blood pressure. Stimulating the feel-good chemicals in the body and slowing the production of stress-related hormones. Kick-starting the body’s own natural self healing process and stimulating the body’s immune system. Leaving you with feelings of calm and a sense of well-being.

Hand in hand with my holistic approach, I have always taken care to use natural products in my practice and in 2019 I became an independent Ambassador for Tropic Skincare which keeps true to my passion for natural skincare. Sarah has spent 20 years honing her skills in complementary therapies. Training initially in Swedish massage, and adding Aromatherapy, Indian head Massage, Reflexology, Hopi Ear Candling, Reiki , Daoyin Tao, Spiritual healing, Angelic Reiki, Crystal Therapy, Colour Therapy, Holistic Facials and Oriental Natural Facelift massage.
